Terms of Service

By accessing or using RealionX ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

RealionX is an AI-powered crypto intelligence and analytics platform. We provide market data, signals, whale tracking, arbitrage detection, AI copilot services, and portfolio analytics through subscription plans. RealionX does not execute trades on your behalf unless you explicitly configure automated trading features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RealionX. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic features at no cost.
• Pro Plan ($29/month): Full access to Alpha Radar, RXI signals, whale intelligence, AI Copilot, and portfolio tools.
• Institutional Plan ($299/month): Everything in Pro plus API access, unlimited AI queries, and priority support.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated bots to access the Platform outside of permitted API access

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signals, and software on RealionX are the exclusive property of RealionX Ltd. Our 6 proprietary signals (NPI, WID, LSG, ERE, MBP, ISA) and Alpha Radar methodology are trade secrets and may not be reproduced.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealionX Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RealionX collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Email address, name, password (hashed)
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration
• Payment data: Transaction IDs, subscription status (we do not store card numbers)
• API keys: Encrypted with AES-256 at rest, never stored in plaintext
• Communication preferences: Telegram chat ID for alerts (optional)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Platform
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send alerts and notifications you have requested
• To respond to support requests
• To prevent fraud and ensure security

3. Data Security

All API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256 Fernet encryption. Connections use TLS 1.3. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (NOWPayments, Lemon Squeezy) for transaction processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Supabase) for hosting
• Analytics tools for platform improvement

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase:

• Email support@realionx.com with your order ID
• Or contact us via the support chat on the Platform
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Conditions

• Refunds are available within 30 days of the original payment date
• One refund per customer per 12-month period
• Refunds are not available after 30 days
• Crypto payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency at current market rate

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the period ends.

Disputes

If you have a payment dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve all legitimate disputes promptly.

AI and Algorithm Limitations

Our AI models, including the LSTM prediction engine and RXI proprietary signals, are tools to assist analysis — not guaranteed predictors of market movements. All AI outputs should be verified with independent research before making trading decisions.

Regulatory Risk

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws in your country.

Technology Risk

Like all technology platforms, RealionX may experience downtime, bugs, or data inaccuracies. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using information from RealionX. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from use of the Platform.
